“In The Middle of Things” consists of parquets, the wooden elements that compose the floor of a house. Most of the wooden blocks are pieces that have been used for the construction of floors. The work folowing the way of building a floor, the basic surface onto which most of the things of a house – subjects and objects – stand on, leads on loosing its original functionality through a process of reformation.
In the Middle of Things made on the occasion of Boundaries Group Exhibition. It refers to Boundaries through the spatial relocation. It deals with the relocation or the repetition in terms of materials and dimensions of the central part of the exhibition’s space flour.
